It’s a hybrid of super-specialized, narrowly focused IaC automation tools and very generic CI/CDs like Jenkins or CircleCI. We recently raised $23M in funding to advance infrastructure as code. Among our investors are Insight Partners, Blossom Capital, Hoxton Ventures, Inovo Venture Partners, and the founders of Supercell and Yelp.

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who will optimize our Product-Led growth strategy, developing campaigns that focus on awareness, acquisition, activation, and retention across web and in-app experiences. This position is 100% remote and will report to our Head of Growth Marketing. The role offers tremendous growth opportunities in helping to shape the future of Spacelift’s marketing activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with our Creative and Content Teams to build growth programs and digital campaigns to help practitioners understand, try, and adopt Spacelift. 

  • Lead cross-functional projects like webinars, surveys, podcasts etc.

  • Develop hypothesis and forecasts for growth experiments. Measure and report on the performance of executed campaigns.

  • Generate ideas on ways to improve our current customer journeys and take ownership of relevant channels.

  • Analyze and report relevant KPIs on a campaign.

  • Manage campaigns across our digital advertising channels (Linkedin, Reddit, Twitter, Facebook/Instagram) and ensure budget utilization remains effective.

  • Work closely with our marketing leadership and act as a liaison to Product Management, Marketing and Sales.

Job requirements
  • You have 3-5 years of experience working on modern digital acquisition and growth strategies. Experience in Tech/SaaS/Product-Led Growth environments preferred.

  • You identify as a “full-stack” marketer and have a strong understanding of how to take a project from “idea” to completion.

  • Familiarity with marketing and sales tools such as Hubspot, Typeform, chat bots etc.

  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and take ownership of your projects.

  • Embrace the experimentation process - develop new ideas and tests quickly to check market responsiveness.

  • Must love marketing and have a curious spirit: always looking for new ways to improve!

  • Great analytical skills and the the ability to draw action-items upon results.

  • Excellent oral and written English skills.

  • Solid project management skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders from different departments. 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with deadlines.

  • Leadership capabilities and an interest in having a small team report to you in the future.
