We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who will optimize our Product-Led growth strategy, developing campaigns that focus on awareness, acquisition, activation, and retention across web and in-app experiences. This position is 100% remote and will report to our Head of Growth Marketing. The role offers tremendous growth opportunities in helping to shape the future of Spacelift’s marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with our Creative and Content Teams to build growth programs and digital campaigns to help practitioners understand, try, and adopt Spacelift.
Lead cross-functional projects like webinars, surveys, podcasts etc.
Develop hypothesis and forecasts for growth experiments. Measure and report on the performance of executed campaigns.
Generate ideas on ways to improve our current customer journeys and take ownership of relevant channels.
Analyze and report relevant KPIs on a campaign.
Manage campaigns across our digital advertising channels (Linkedin, Reddit, Twitter, Facebook/Instagram) and ensure budget utilization remains effective.
Work closely with our marketing leadership and act as a liaison to Product Management, Marketing and Sales.
